APIsRouter.dev Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the apisrouter.dev Model Hub, OpenAI-compatible Inference Gateway (/v1/chat/completions & /v1/models), Cloud Context Vault, and Pay-As-You-Go API credit services.
1. Terms of Service & API Gateway Agreement
Welcome to APIsRouter.dev (apisrouter.dev). By registering an account, generating an API key (apr-sk-live-...), or submitting requests to our API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1.1 OpenAI-Compatible Inference Gateway
APIsRouter.dev provides a unified API gateway compatible with the OpenAI Chat Completions specification (/v1/chat/completions and /v1/models) designed for autonomous coding agents (including Cursor, Cline, Roo Code, Claude Code CLI, OpenCode, and custom SDK integrations).
1.2 API Key Security & Customer Responsibility
Secret API keys (apr-sk-live-...) are displayed in full only once at the time of creation and are verified via SHA-256 cryptographic hashing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all token usage billed through your keys until a key is disabled or deleted in your dashboard.
We strongly recommend setting a Per-Key Spend Cap ($ USD) on every API key assigned to an autonomous coding agent or developer workstation.
1.3 Ownership of Code & Output
As between you and APIsRouter.dev, you retain 100% ownership of all source code, prompts, context files, and system instructions you submit to the API, as well as all code completions, patches, and outputs generated by the models through your account.
